Subject: Update on Exam

Dear Dr. Ming:

Today I had my monthly exam with my oncologist, Dr.  After reading my CT scan & x-rays of the bones, he was most favorably impressed with my improvement and suggested I continue doing whatever I am doing, that includes my alternative treatments & herbs.

I am most pleased to have such a positive report and hope it continues with all your help.

I am still with the "TEA" and it looks like a few more weeks.  When I am finished with it I'll let you know and we can proceed from there.

Thank you again for being part of my team to make me better,

My best,
Schaulis

Dear Dr. Ming:

I sent you the August report after my x-ray and ct scan, I won't be having another test for a few months.  I do see my oncologist on Thursday, 9/15 and will report what he prescribes for me.

As I have  said,  I have alot of tea left and have passed the twenty days...do you still want me to take it?

We are well and hope this finds you all the same.

I have had a bit of aches throughout my body and can't figure why since my test don't show anything to cause it.  I believe I have developed arthritis in my joints, but this is only an uneducated guess.

Looking forwrd to hearing from you,

My best,

Dear Dr. Ming:

I do hope you received my latest blood work reports and see I am in fairly good shape.  What concerns me is the high Glucose count and the low protein count, maybe you could have some imput.

I will be getting my radiologist report this week and will fax it to you.  It is rather good, considering and I attibute my good readings to traditional medicine and my alternative medicine from yu and Dr. Han.  I want to thank you again for helping me through this.

I am still taking my wonderful, glorious tea and am begining to find it rather pleasent.

Once I finish with it, which will be a long time yet, I hope you will have other follow-up herbs for me to take to keep me stable with the tumors continuing to shrink.

Keep in touch and I'll fax you next week

My best,

This coming week I will go through all my extensive tests to see where everything is and will fax yu the reports in another week.

Gave your e-mail to another person who might be able to use your help.

Dear Schaulis,

Thanks for your kind message. Hope you will get used to the tea gradually. If you feel it is too bitter to stand, you could put a little sugar into it to sweeten the tea.

Hope your lately condition will be in a steady state during the treatment.

Best wishes and also a happy weekend to you!

Will be on for my CT Scan and a full X-ray of shoulders, thoracic & lower lumber region where I have discomfort.  CT Scan will be for chest, abdomen and pelvis to see what the spot on the kidney is all about.

Will keep you updated when I have the information.

Dear Dr. Ming:

Finally firgured out what the amount I needed to fulfill your prescription.  For anyone not knowint the metric system:  40 teaspoons equal the amount I need per dosage and the amount of water is 7 ounces.  I am to drinl (2) 7 ounce glasses per day and a total of 80 teapsoons.  My tea si not in powder form but loose rough herbs and I believe this is what it is suppose to be.  I will begin on Wednesday.  Must make each pouch.

Spoke to Josef Shomer today and encouraged him to have full faith in you and your recommendations.  He was very concerned about the tumor under his arm which he can feel and his knees and back of legs.  Again I told him to contact you with all this information.  Josef is a religious Jewish man and it is difficult for him to find the money for a trip to you and possibly all the herbs but I know his family will assist the best they can to save his life so please don't give up on him.

It is very hot, humid and rainy here in Florida and typical for hurrican weather at this time of the year.  My computer was out with the last blast of lightening strikes last week so now back online.

Dr. Ming, my Dr. would like to know what type of tea I am taking:  what are the herbs.  If you are at liberty to tell me I will share it with him on Thursday when I have an examination.

My best,

Schaulis

Dear Schaulis,

Thank you very much for your kindness to let us know you've received the package. It is very nice to hear from you again. Hope everything is going well with you.

Please first make your powders into 20 even pieces. A piece (dosage) a day. You will take the tea twice, 200ml each time.

wrapping one dosage in a piece of gauze. put the herbal powder bag in a jar or a mug with about 500ML water and heat the water to the boiling point with strong fire. Then after boiling make the fire to be mild and decoct (i.e., simmer) the herbal powder for about 25 minutes.

Now, it is drawing autumn here, The weather is a bit cool. How about the weather in your local city? Please take care of your rest and health.

Wish you a good change!

Deat Dr. Ming:

Just to let you know that I received the tea package today and wow!  it is big and alot.

Just a few questions before I start to make the preparation:
1).  A dose is how much tea per pouch?
2).  I am to drink 200 ml twice a day?
3).  I heat two pouches in 500 ml of cold water for 25 minutes after boiling?
4).  I can only make the potion per day.

Since we don't use the metric system in the USA I will try to find out how many spoonfuls (tea or table size) equals 200 ml.

Dr. Ming:  We, in America lost a newsp host, Peter Jennings from ABC news.  The reason I mention this is because it was from Lung Cancer and only diagonised 4 months ago as stage 3.  I was diagnosed with stage 4 in October 2004, which is a more severe form and could only be treated with chemotherapy...he had an option for surgery but stayed only with chemo.  I can't imagine what it was that could kill him so fast...maybe you can shed some light on this most aggressive form of lung cancer that could kill you in onkly 4 months.  Peter Jennings was in an position to have the very best to treat him, just can't understand.

Whatever I am doing with your help, my oncologist and acupuncturist I feel I am giving myself a better chance so don't give up on me and find those herbs that will helpl me to live my life a lot longer than given.

My latest bone scan, as told me by the technician, showed the disappearance of certain tumors...waiting for the final radiologists report.  This Thursday I will meet with my oncologist and hope to have my final report then have a CT Scan.

Waiting to hear from you with directions for the tea.

My best,

Schaulis

I don't know much more than what I told you about Josef but will see his uncle this week and ask him what is going on and what he thinks about buying the herbs to help him.  I'll be in touch with you.

Dr. Ming, this Thursday I have a bone Scan and it will take a few days for the results but I do feel certain aches in the shoulder & lower back.  As well, my throat feels quite full/tight, as best as I can describe it with some aches on the right side of the neck.  rue, I'll know more after the bone scan and then I hope for another CT Scan.

On August 11 I see my Oncologist and will discuss this with him as well as with my acupuncturist, Dr. Han.

I am doing all I can do to get this disease under control and keep it controlled from spreading, hope I can suceed.

Yes, I feel peppy, full of energy, not tired and gaining weight, which doesn't make me happy to watching it a bit.

Let's hope it is all for best.

Glad you enhoyed the pictures and you would be most impressed with Gaby's clinic.  She is very professional and so charming it was a pleasure meeting her,  thank you for your assistance in this.

Stay well and I'll be touch as soon as I receive the new herbs and any results I will have.

Thanks for the detailed instructions, I thought it meant this but wanted to be sure.

Dear Schaulis,

Thanks so much for your kind email to us. Your herbal tea is on the way now, you must be get it in these recent days.

As to your confusion about the tea preparation, we will try to give you a clear explanation. Decoct refers to simmer the dosage.

You make 20 gauze pouches of the powder and simmer one dosage each day, twice a day.

Please make a pot of dosage for only one day, drink 200ML in the morning. When at noon, you will repeat all these processes to reheat it in the afternoon and take another 200ML.

Here we feel very sorry about the news of Mr. J. According to his current condition, it is better to have our product W01(Calming-Dispersing Tablet) for him at first. It will also work well. So if it is convenient for you, please let his cousin know it.

we could airship 8 packets of the herbal product immediately.

We are also concerned about his condition, hope Chinese medicine will be a wonderful treatment for him.

All the blessings to you and your family!

Dear Dr. Ming:

Received your note today and thank you.

I do need abit of explanation of meaning for a few words in your instructions:
      1.  decoct (?)  Do you mean:  concoct/concoction;  meaning a mixture of ?

Let me see if I fully understand the instructions:

make 20 gauze pouches of the powder.  Prepare 2 doses per day.
to make:  put a gauze pouch bag into a mug/jar with 500 ML of cold water.  Pour into a pot to heat until boiling, turn temperature down to simmer (mild) for about 25 minutes.  When ready:  drink 200 ML in the morning and afternoon each day.

Can I make a pot for a few days at a time, reheat each day, or must I execute the process only daily?

I always eat nutritiously but will be caredul of the fat in foods during this period of time.  I am to continue for 20 days, correct?

Thank you...

Dr. Ming:  J is in the hospital as the cancer is extremely aggressive and the doctors will try to ease the growths in his throat.  His cousin, Charlie in the USA, wants to know if Josef ordered any of your prescribed drugs and if not, he will order and pay for them himself and then send them onto Josef,.  Let me know what has transpired thus far between you two.

My very best,

Schaulis
